2 bedroom unit with kitchen in Condo RV Park with boat dockage in the heart of Marathon by the week,
month, or year. Great Florida Keys vacation spot and also a perfect fishing/diving get-away for 4 or
less people.
Right out the back door is the dock for your boat or rent one locally and dock it here. Straight
shot down the canal to Hawks Channel, the Coral Reef and Gulf Stream. Tarpon have been caught right from the boat dock. Manatees are frequent visitors to the canal.
Step saver kitchen to cook fish or lobsters you caught or just supplement the fine dining available
at many local restaurants. Gas range, large side by side refrigerator-freezer, microwave oven,
coffee maker, toaster, popcorn popper, Margaritaville blender, pots, pans, silverware, dishes,
glasses, etc.  Gas barbeque grill on the dock/deck.
The original RV has a stick built addition to it with double doors that separate a living room &
bedroom. Living room has chairs and large sofa plus a single bed that serves as a second sofa. Cable TV, VCR.
Dining area features a wood top table and 4 chairs. Bay window counter area for the microwave &
small appliances. Lots of built in storage.
One bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together. Linens & towels are supplied.
The second bedroom has one single bed but if you like you can roll the other single bed to join it.
Original arrangement gives a better traffic pattern to the boat dock door.
Color TV with Comcast TV Cable with High Speed Internet Modem is provided along with a Vonage voip telephone.
Look for condo park's sign "Key RV Park" at 6099 Overseas Highway in Marathon, left side of US1 as
you drive from the mainland. Between mile marker 51 and 50. Just past 62nd St. Oceanside. Use second entrance marked "West Side". Go to 55W.

Condo RV Park has a clubhouse with gas grill cooking area and offers recreational activities.
Condo RV Park also has a boat ramp, laundromat, fish cleaning area and a beautiful open water view covered picnic areas for your use.

$550-$700/week minimum Sat-Sat, $1800-$2800/4 weeks Sat-Sat.
For odds nights between even weeks $125/night.
Monthly rates vary depending on which and how many months you
want and are + electricity, water, & cooking gas.
Special rates for Holidays and first of Lobster Season.
All time periods less than 6 months are + 12.5% sales/bed tax.
Greater than 6 months have no tax. Cleaning fee $75.
