spacious, four bedroom, three bathroom Villa, sleeping up to eight guests.

Located on the exclusive gated community of Aviana Resort, Orlando, Florida, which is a tropical hideaway of swaying palms, surrounded by a wildlife conservation area.

Our Villa provides a peaceful and idyllic setting for the perfect vacation, and yet is less than 12 minutes away from the gates of Walt Disney World. Many other world famous attractions (Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Centre, spectacular beaches,) and endless shopping/dining experiences, that Florida has to offer, are all close by. Three championship golf courses are within a five minute drive.

The Pool and Spa:
To enhance your dream vacation, step outside the patio doors to discover a fantastic free form, swimming pool and spa, set in a large extended sun deck with a westerly facing aspect to maximise the sunlight throughout
the day.

As the pool faces a protected conservation area, your privacy
is protected as well as a fantastic view. Some villas have walling or back onto other villas. This is not the case at "Villa Cymru" sit or laze around and
admire the view during a fantastic Floridian Sunset whilst you sip
your favourite drink Pool inflatables have been included for the enjoyment of our youngerand older guests.

The following prices are per week and are fully Inclusive.
Low Season (Jan-Apr/Nov-Dec) $715/wk.
Mid Season: (May-Jun/Sep-Oct) $800/wk.
High Season: (Jul-Aug) $890/wk.
Peak Season: (Christmas/New Year & Easter) $990/wk.
Pool Heat is optional and is charged at $196 per week (Recommended
Oct-May)
Stays of 8 nights or less incur a cleaning charge of $105

**All Price Include tax**
$200 per week non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Balance is due 10 weeks before arrival.
$300 security deposit is required, refundable within 2 weeks of departure. Subject to property inspection.
Minimum stay 3 nights.
No 3rd party bookings will be accepted, only guest on booking form will be allowed to stay in the villa.
