Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully appointed Bridge View Cottage is perfectly located for 
enjoying everything Newport has to offer.  Experience the magic 
of Yaquina Bay from this wonderful cottage one time and you're 
sure to be back.  This completely remodeled cottage located just 
above the historic bay front and a short walk to one of the premier 
beaches on the Oregon coast is reserved for mature guest only. 
Bridge View Cottage is perfect for romancing your special someone 
with style and class.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Tastefully decorated with high end furnishings and original artwork 
by Melissa and Katlyn Reed.  This two bedroom one bath cottage has  
a fully stocked kitchen including a gas range, microwave, refrigerator, 
dishwasher and great view of the bay. 
The bedrooms are furnished with plush-top queen beds complete with 
flannel sheets and goose down comforters.  The livingroom is decorated to 
impress with hand-scraped hardwood floors,flat panel cable TV/DVD/CD and  
views from every window.  The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower 
and linens. Two large decks located at each end of the house are perfect 
for relaxing.  A clothes washer and dryer are available in the basement. 
A gas bar-b-que grill is avaialable for outdoor cooking.

Activities and Attractions

With bridge/bay views from almost every window in the house and from both 
decks you will find yourself relaxing while taking in the many sights 
and sounds of the bay such as bald eagles, harbor seals, fishing 
vessels and the ornate bay bridge.  During winter months storm watching 
is a favorite past time of the locals.  Grab a hot totty, curl up with 
someone special and watch as spectacular storms march across the bay. 
 
If you feel like heading out try fishing, crabing, claming, shopping 
dinning, whale watching, hiking and beach combing all available within 
walking distance of the cottage.  Other attractions include the Hatfield  
Marine Science center, Oregon Coast Aquarium, scenic drives along the 
coast, Newport performing arts center, hikes in the rainforest and 
much more.

Vacation Rental Rates

Year round Cleaning Fee   $75 
 
Off Season Rates~November to May (Two night minimum) 
Sun-Thur             : $110 
Fri-Sat              : $130 
Weekly               : $550 
 
Prime Season Rates~June, September and October (Two night minimum) 
                  ~July and August (Weekly minimum) 
Sun-Thur            : $130 
Fri-Sat             : $150 
Weekly              : $650 
 
Holidays     (Three night minimum) 
Nightly             : $150 
Weekly              : $750 
 
$250 Refundable security deposit required to book reservation. 
Full rent due 30 days prior to arrival. 
 
Cancellation Policy: 
Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival are subject to  
forfeiture of the security deposit unless the property is fully 
re-booked.  
 
All other cancellations will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
