Enjoy the best sunsets Florida has to offer from the deck outside your bedroom.
This Non-Smoking townhouse is in Seacrest Beach & one of just 7 units in "7 Palms Townhomes" (formerly Ramsgate Townhomes). It's located south of scenic Highway 30-A - on a secluded PRIVATE stretch of the Emerald Coast. Yet it's only minutes from golf, shopping, restaurants, and fun for all.
For those unfamiliar with this part of the Florida Panhandle, the beaches of 30-A are known as the Emerald Coast because of their unique clear-to-turquoise waters and sugar-white sand. The area is also known for its natural beauty, the lack of high-rise condos, and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. There is no over-commercialization here.

Only the sound of the surf every night.
This townhouse features a gulf view, with some of the most stunning views of sunsets ever. And you won't believe the stars at night! Walk out the door and you're ready for fun. Fish right from the beach. Rent bikes; go for a swim; or raft in the waves. Or just wander along the beach and enjoy the view. Just bring plenty of sunscreen!
The motif is a bright Caribbean-style, with lots of color - just right for the beach! Enjoy the convenience of reserved, drive-under parking (no crispy hot cars) and an outdoor shower to keep the sand outside. It's great for rinsing off the kids. There is a full-size kitchen that is fully stocked & has all the conveniences of home.
We're within a day's drive of most major southern cities. Nearby activities include snorkeling in crystal-clear water right out your back door, golf, shopping, and restaurants are just minutes away. Fish right out your door! Pompano, redfish, Spanish mackerel, bluefish, bonito, and more can be caught right in the surf.

Supplied for your use are full sets of linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, a cooler, beach toys for kids, an initial supply of paper and soap products and much, much more! So all you need to bring is family, friends, food, drink, and a desire to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime.
