Aloha, the availability calendar on this web page is current so you can check to see if your dates are available. This large ocean view home is centrally located in a very nice neighborhood directly across the street from the ocean in Honolulu. There is a beautiful ocean view from the second story.

The home has 8 bedrooms (2 King, 4 Queen, 1 Double, and 2 Twins), with 4 full baths, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a large dining room, 2 kitchen dining rooms, 2 washer/dryers, a computer with free high speed internet and free Wifi internet access for laptops.

From the Honolulu International Airport to the home is a 20 minute drive, Waikiki is 10 minutes, Hanauma Bay (a must see for fish and snorkeling) is 5 minutes, Sea Life Park (to see the dolphins) is 10 minutes, and Hawaii Kai Golf Course is 10 minutes away. There are two shopping centers 5 minutes away with restaurants, a Costco, supermarkets, a drug store, and a multi-plex movie theater.

The entire house sleeps up to 16 guests. Sorry no pets. This is a non-smoking rental, but smoking outside is fine.

Amenities include a swimming pool, air-conditioning, barbecue grill, two washer/dryers, linens, two dishwashers, telephone, two microwaves, two toasters, two coffee makers, dishes/utensils, two cable TV's, two DVD players, CD player, and free high speed Internet with computer and Wifi free internet access for laptops.

Refundable security deposit of $300 and cleaning is $300. Deposit to hold dates is $1000. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. Full refund if you cancel 60 days prior to arrival date.

*Thanksgiving and Christmas week 2010 are $795 per night (10 night minimum). *New Years week 2010/2011 is $795 per night (10 night minimum)
