Vacation Rental Description

Large, well appointed family villa with full amenities just 15 minutes from Disney. The villa has  
four bedrooms, one master with en suite, one double, one twin and one children's room with double bed  
and single bunk over, there is a seperate bathroom. The well equipped kitchen has a dining area and  
there is a seperate formal dining area. Enjoy the use of free high speed internet access and free  
telephone calls worldwide. There are TV's and DVD's in the family room and master bedroom. The  
private pool is not overlooked. Close by are a variety of restaurants, 2 major supermarkets - Publix  
and Super Target, doctor's surgery and pharmacy as well as golf courses and many other leisure  
activities. Within easy access of Orlando International Airport. The villa is on Westridge in  
Davenport, which is a lovely, quiet residential area at the western end of Highway 192.

Activities and Attractions

Golf, swimming, basketball, volleyball, tennis, soccer, outlet shopping, dining, movie theatres, all  
the theme parks you could possibly want, need or handle!

Vacation Rental Rates

January, February, March, April, November, December  $750 per week 
May, September, October $850 per week 
June, July, August $950 per week 
Pool heat $160 per week 
Nightly rates available on request 
Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas $950 per week 
Returnable security deposit due on arrival 
Moneys can be paid either in the USA or United Kingdom in either US Dollars or Pounds Sterling.  
All prices quoted are exclusive of sales tax.
