mattress",  
high thread count sheets, and feather/down pillows. Condo is appx. 600 square feet. Ideal for a  
couple, but can  
accommodate four people. A little piece of heaven. Only 10 minutes drive to Santa Monica.

Queen Bed, New Leather sofa converts to a comfortable double Bed.  700 thread count sheets.  Premium  
cotton  
towels.  Feather/Down pillows.  Community Laundry room located adjacent unit,  free of charge.   
Cable TV, DVD,  
Bose wave radio with CD.  Cooking utensils, Refrigerator, Microwave.  Free WiFi(wireless internet),  
Free local,  
free long ditance to all points in the USA, and free International long distance to western Europe

Smoking not allowed in the unit, only on the balcony.   Not Suitable for small children.  Oceanfront
