Vacation Rental Description

This one bedroom unit has a queen adjustable bed with a comfortable temper-pedic mattress. The 
living room 
has a large leather and microfiber sofa and a flat panel TV with cable and DVD player.  For fun, 
there is a 
foosball table and electric dartboard.  There is also a love seat that pulls out into a twin bed.  
The kitchen has 
dishwasher, stove top, microwave, coffee maker, full size fridge and toaster oven (not a full-size 
oven, 
however).  The dining table seats four.  The kitchen is filled with the all necessary dining and 
serving ware you 
will need – all new.  There is also a fan and window air-conditioning unit for the warmer months. 
There is a 
clean change of sheets for the beds, and extra towels for your use -  but no laundry services.  
This unit is above a large detached garage next to my home.  There is parking right in front of the 
unit or in a 
carport nearby. 

Activities and Attractions

The unit is located in Lacey close to shopping, three latte stands, fast food, and St. Martins 
University. Located close to freeway and 15 min to Ft. Lewis. 

Vacation Rental Rates

This unit is only rented out by the week or month.  Weekly rent is $500, monthly $1900.  There is a 
$75 non-
refundable cleaning fee. There is a $200 security deposit which is fully refundable so long as unit 
is left in same 
condition as when you arrived.  This deposit will be returned with-in 7 days of departure.
I require 50% down (+ deposit and cleaning fee) and signed contract to hold reservation.  This 
payment must 
be in the form of cashier’s check or money order.  The remaining rent can be paid upon arrival.   If 
you cancel 
your reservation, only your deposit and cleaning fee will be returned.
