Vacation Rental Description

           welcome to Villa Gina, 
located on simply the most beautiful Paradise Caribbean island of 
st. Lucia.  

NO  matter how you spell it, this secluded Beach front Caribbean 
vacation rental villa on  the island of St. Lucia, has the perfect 
location for your Caribbean dream vacation.
While some Caribbean - St. Lucia vacation villa rentals may have a 
great view they are often far from the beach. Other Caribbean- St. 
Lucia villa rentals may be right near the ocean but have little or 
no view, privacy and private Pool. Villa Gina has all four vacation 
elements: a spectacular view, seclusion, Private Pool, Enjoys 
constant sea breeze and its just 50 yards access from one of the 
island‘s lovely beaches and is in a 2 mile radius from all shopping 
and touristy activities.

a 10-minute walk will also take you to Pigeon Island beach ans 
Smagglars cove two of St.Lucia's Premier beaches. Villa gina is 
located five to ten minutes from all tourist activities.

One of the features of Villa Gina, which gives it its unique 
tropical vacation experience, is the location of its 9000 gall water 
pool. From its spacious sun deck, enjoy breathtaking and panoramic 
views of the beach, sea, champion golf course and cap estate. The 
pool deck is the only designated smoking area at Villa Gina	

Gina and I reside in the great state of Colorado USA. However, we 
are natives of this stunning Paradise Caribbean island of St. Lucia. 
Villa Gina is a piece of this paradise we own and call home. We 
would like to invite you to experience the captivating mood of the 
island and our home. 

With the help of Gina and I and staff,We will do our best to ensure 
you have a wonderfull vacation 

Merlin is the housekeeper and works from Sunday to Friday  8am to 
3:30pm.

Benedict is the resident security and general maintenance person. He 
has his own separate apartment on the property and is there to 
assist all guests if they have any queries.
Remember: smocking is allowed only on the pool deck at Villa Gina.\

gina and i worked at resorts such as Sandals all over the Caribbean 
for a combined 10 years until finally we came to the realization of 
this unique vacation concept of ours which has been unraveling for 
the past five years.

Activities and Attractions

All beaches in St. Lucia are public and there are public access to 
nearly all beaches on the island.
Your nearby beach is  called Ans Becune Sandy Beach. It is a 2 
minutes walk from the villa on which a resort is situated.  Pigeon 
Island  beaches are  only a 2 minutes drive and a 10 min walk away 
from the villa.

There are many excursions you can participate in while you are  on 
the island.

-boat trips to the volcano , waterfalls and the famous twin peaks, 
marigot bay a hurricane whole.
At Marigot bay you can rent a boat privately with the moorings as 
well, but you need to call to make reservations.

-sunset cruises

-rainforest  hiking trips via land rovers jeeps, where you get the 
opportunity to bath at the waterfalls and relax. 

-horse back riding

-water sports activities such as scuba diving , snorkeling , jet 
skiing sailing.

-deep sea fishing, Dolphin and Whale Watching

-rainforest Canopy and Sky Ride.

-Banana, cocoa and old sugar mill Plantations.

-Walk at the botanical gardens in Soufriere.

-mamiku Gardens located near praslin and dennery along the east 
coast. This garden is very interesting with trails flowers. There is 
also an archeological dig and a small restaurant that offers light 
fare lunch. Entrance fee is EC$15.00

-island hoping day trip to the Grenadines or Martinique.
A must to visit is Pigeon Island which is a 2 minutes drive from the 
villa or 5 minutes walk. It has  a National Park of historical and 
archaeological sites including a fort and many remnants of the war 
that took place in St. Lucia between the French and  English. There 
are two lovely beaches in this area.  Pigeon Island is the most 
popular beach in St. Lucia which carries our famous Jazz festival 
every year in May.

if you are going via a rented car make sure you have a map and if 
you have any question feel free to contact your island manager for 
further information. There are many local restaurants in soufriere 
you can have lunch  at such as the humming bird restaurant, the 
still plantation restaurant, Bang, etc.

Inclusive in these rates is our very professional and experienced 
staff Merlyn (housekeeper/Cook) and Ben.  They are very 
knowledgeable about St. Lucia, so be sure to 
enlist their help in assuring that your vacation is a successful 
one.  
Guests typically tip approximately US $25-$50 per individual guest 
per week (divided between staff).
