One of the features of Villa Gina, which gives it its unique
tropical vacation experience, is the location of its 9000 gall water
pool. From its spacious sun deck, enjoy breathtaking and panoramic views of the beach, sea, champion golf course and cap estate. The pool deck is the only designated smoking area at Villa Gina

we resided in the great state of Colorado USA. for the past 12 years. now a resident of the great Sunshine state of Florida.
I am also a native of this stunning Paradise Caribbean island of St. Lucia.

Merlin is the housekeeper and works from Sunday to Friday 9am to
3:30pm.

Chris is the resident gardener and general maintenance person.
He has his own separate apartment on the property and is there to assist all guests if they have any queries.

We am here to provide all the concierge service you need, From coordinating Airport transfers, pre booking Car rentals and Island Excursions
Remember: smocking is allowed only on the pool deck at Villa

The Beachfront retreat is privately nestled on acre of land.
This exotic Rustic House with its huge Vaulted Ceiling enjoys constant Breeze. The Villa is styled with Exquisite wood furnishing and designed with a variety species of wood work.

Unusual shape and sizes of Glass windows and doors Dominate the villa to capture the extraordinary panoramic view of this paradise island.

You Enter the Villa into one of two Great Rooms (living areas) with a high vaulted ceiling and a spectacular panoramic view of the beach and cap estate. The other 800-square-foot great room includes a dining area and comfortable living area with exquisite furnishings.

Your entertainment area is the unique and spacious Loft (400 square feet), which again presents you with spectacular views of Caribbean Sea, and sandy beach nearby with a TV, DVD player, video players, cassette and CD stereo.
The Kitchen is on a two-step split-level and flows into the great room, making your scenic view from it on uninterrupted. It is designed with an island bar and is fully equipped with a side-by-side fridge/freezer with icemaker, microwave, coffee maker, large cooker and dishwasher.
There are five master bedrooms and the loft can be an extra bed room with a qween bed at the Villa. Two are end suites, each with private patios and spectacular views.All bedrooms have ceiling fans and masquito nets.

End suite number one is very spacious (500 square feet) and has a California King Sized bed.
End Suite number one also has an end suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a unique indoor/outdoor garden rain shower.

End Suite number two has two queen size beds, walk in closet
This room also enjoys a wonderful view and direct access to its own patio.

Master Suite three has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and an en-suite indoor/outdoor garden rain shower. All rooms have an alarm/clock radio and ceiling Fans

Master bed #4 is on the second floor and has a Qween four post bed

Master bed #5 is also located on second floor with a qween bed

There is a separate fully equipped laundry room which only the housekeeper has access to.

All beaches in St. Lucia are public and there are public access to
nearly all beaches on the island.
Your nearby beach is called Ans Becune Sandy Beach. It is a 2
minutes walk from the villa on which a resort is situated. Pigeon
Island beaches are only a 2 minutes drive and a 10 min walk away
from the villa.

There are many excursions you can participate in while you are on
the island.

-boat trips to the volcano , waterfalls and the famous twin peaks,
marigot bay a hurricane whole.
At Marigot bay you can rent a boat privately with the moorings as
well, but you need to call to make reservations.

-sunset cruises

-rainforest hiking trips via land rovers jeeps, where you get the
opportunity to bath at the waterfalls and relax.

-horse back riding

-water sports activities such as scuba diving , snorkeling , jet
skiing sailing.

-deep sea fishing, Dolphin and Whale Watching

-rainforest Canopy and Sky Ride.

-Banana, cocoa and old sugar mill Plantations.

-Walk at the botanical gardens in Soufriere.

-mamiku Gardens located near praslin and dennery along the east
coast. This garden is very interesting with trails flowers. There is
also an archeological dig and a small restaurant that offers light
fare lunch. Entrance fee is EC$15.00

-island hoping day trip to the Grenadines or Martinique.
A must to visit is Pigeon Island which is a 2 minutes drive from the
villa or 5 minutes walk. It has a National Park of historical and
archaeological sites including a fort and many remnants of the war
that took place in St. Lucia between the French and English. There
are two lovely beaches in this area. Pigeon Island is the most
popular beach in St. Lucia which carries our famous Jazz festival
every year in May.

if you are going via a rented car make sure you have a map and if
you have any question feel free to contact your island manager for
further information. There are many local restaurants in soufriere
you can have lunch at such as the humming bird restaurant, the
still plantation restaurant, Bang, etc.
