court, courtyard, BBQ pit. Location is prime in the Manhattan (5-10 minutes from the Vegas strip) on south 
Vegas blvd by South Point casino. Easy freeway access also very close to shopping and restaurants. Also willing 
to rent/lease to own.

$1100 per week
$3800 per month
$3200 per month if more the 2 months
all prices includes keys, keyfobs and garage door openers ($75 each if lost)

$50 cleaning fee 
$500 deposit fully refunded after inspection
