Vacation Rental Description

This upscale luxury condo is situated across the street from Vanderbilt University. Walk to dozens  
of attractions including the Parthenon, Centennial Park, Vanderbilt Stadium, and historic Sylvan  
Park within minutes. Local merchants such as Starbucks, Panera Bread, Stoney Rivers, local grocery  
stores, Maggie Moos Ice cream, and dozens of other restaurants and bars are within a five minute  
stroll.  
 
Sit on the balcony and enjoy beautiful views of Downtown Nashville and the city skyline. Enjoy the  
European garden adjacent to the building or walk two blocks to Centennial park for a picnic.  
 
The condo is decorated with high end furniture, appliances, and amenities. The kitchen is a full  
gourmet kitchen stocked with Calphalon cooking products. All appliances are stainless steel and the  
counter tops are granite.  
 
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, 500 thread count Egyptian Cotton sheets, a large dresser, a  
walk-in closet, and it's own private full bathroom. The guest bedroom can be either arranged with  
two twin size beds or one King size bed. All mattresses are Sealy Posturepedic mattresses with plush  
pillow tops and plush mattress pads. There is a second full bathroom in the hallway adjacent to the  
guest bedroom.  
 
The building is secure and requires a code to enter. There is a gated parking area underneath the  
building that also requires a code to enter.
