A 42"Flat Screen TV, gas grill, dining area, portable fire pit, lots of quiet places to sit, read a book, or enjoy this tropical paradise. The expansive grounds overlooks half acre Hammock, the porch from house has a comfortable screened in living area to relax, and enjoy an evening nightcap. The open floor plan in Living area with Flat screen TV DVD Stereo has High ceilings with ceilings fans into the dining area, with an open island  kitchen, a Full bathtub/shower and laundry room with washer and dryer.  Master Bedroom,  twin guest bedrooms, Double sleeper and plenty of room for parking  

Grill, firepit, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, outside dining area, towels/linens, kitchenware, washer dryer,  Pets - no worries, please just ask, Smoking allowed outside in screened in porch or outside back deck with doors to home shut please.

This area has the charm of the fifties. You are off the beaten path but only minutes away from the Beach. The closest Airports are Daytona 20 minutes,Sanford Orlando 35 minutes, Orlando International 45 minutes, Disney World 50 minutes, and Cape Canaveral 30 minutes. Inexpensive challenging golf courses near by. The National Seashore Park located in New Smyrna has beautiful white sandy beaches without the crowd of Daytona and the cement high-rises.

The small, quaint, eat-in-the-rough seafood restaurants directly on the water share the view with abundance of wildlife,  Manatees, Dolphins, Sea Turtles, Bald eagles, Cranes... Come relax and enjoy this hide-away!

Seasonal Winter Rates: 125 to 150, 3 night minimum, Base rates  with refundable Security deposit, if nothing is missing or broken, cleaning fee, taxes required...
Checks have to clear in advance, we accept in US Funds, personal checks, money orders/cashiers,cert.check/cash
