Vacation Rental Description

Riverfront vacation rental home along the Colorado River 
in a gated California community.  Imagine watching the beautiful 
sunsets and star filled evening all from your back 
porch; this is the serenity of Blythe. All new furniture, 
decorating, and landscaping. This 2000 square foot Waterfront home has 3 
bedrooms, 3 baths, and a large kitchen and living room.  Sleeps 6 
comfortably, but will accomodate 12, so bring your family and 
friends.  Great for reunions or group vacations, at less than the 
cost of hotel rooms.  All amenities are included, so just 
pack your suitcases! 

Large 1/3 acre gated lot in gated community, so bring all the toys: 
RV's, boats, personal watercraft, canoes, kayaks, dune buggies, 
motorcycles, etc.  

Enjoy the Colorado River without the crowds.  With 70 miles of river 
between Blythe and the Imperial Dam, this is a great place for all 
water enthusiasts.  Located across from Ehrenberg, Arizona and near 
Quartzsite.  Minutes from downtown Blythe, and close to Riverside, 
Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Phoenix, so you could be 
on the river within hours, and save time driving.  We are located 10 
minutes off Interstate 10 near the California and Arizona borders.

Vacation Rental Rates

$275.00 per night 3 night minimum. Weekends $350 Fri & Sat (Apr thru Sept)
April thru Sept $1650 per week
 
Monthly Special - $3975 per month, Snowbird/Offpeak special $2975 per month.
Offpeak October thru April - $195 per night, Fri. & Sat. $250 each.
3 night minimum.

$500.00 damage deposit and to hold dates (refundable if no damage).  
$90.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
