This gorgeous flat is in the heart of San Francisco, just blocks from Alamo Square home of the
famous "Painted Ladies", USF and Golden Gate Park in the North Panhandle neighborhood of San
Francisco. The North Panhandle, or NoPa is one of the hottest areas in San Francisco, full of great
restaurants, live music at the famous Independent music hall.
The house is set back from the street, with a large deck out front and beautiful views of Downtown
San Francisco.
There is off-street parking right next to the house, state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen, washer &
dryer in the unit. This is a perfect home for families visiting San Francisco, with two bedrooms,
one with a queen bed and one with a twin bed with trundle which converts to a queen bed, as well as
a convertible sofa bed in the living room, which can be closed off from the rest of the house.
The kitchen is top of the line, with built in espresso maker, commercial grade stove, sub-zero
fridge, and super quiet Miele dishwasher. The bathroom is done in marble with a refreshing rain
showerhead. All linens and cooking utensils are provided.
