The following rates are for a 2 Bedroom/ 3 Bathroom Villa:
Christmas (7 night minimum): $4,780 per week
New Years (7 night minimum): $6,000 per week
Spring Break Weeks (March 15th - April 12th): $3,640 per week or $520 per night
January 2nd - February 16th (3 night minimum): $ 2,960 per week or $425 per night
February 17th - April 14th (Excludes Spring Break Weeks): $3,416 per week or $490 per night
April 14th - December 19th: $2,960 per week or $425 per night
