Our unit is a cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath plus a loft (which serves as 3rd bedroom). 1 queen bed in
each bedroom and 2 twin beds in loft (great for kids).
Granite kitchen countertops and professionally equipped for the cook
in the family, tile floors throughout.

Wi-Fi available for all guests. It is DSL thru Fairpoint due to our location signal not always available.

Newly renovated beautifully decorated unit with all comforts of
home: 4 TV's, 2 VCR, 4 DVD, CD player/stereo, washer, dryer,
microwave, dishwasher, ceiling fans, tile throughout, outdoor shower,
covered deck, concrete parking, and swimming pool shared by six
units. Weber grills provided for grilling in front or back of
building.

St. George Island is Florida's Uncommon Coast a great place to relax
and enjoy without the crowds. Watch dolphins playing while standing
on the beach. Even during peak summer season you feel you have the
island to yourself.

rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time
period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations, date
or property changes will be
subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the
equivalent revenue, we will
refund your advance rental payment minus a cancellation ree of $100.00
