Vacation Rental Description

The best unit in this Sixplex. A short walk less than 400ft to water's edge. Enjoy the nearly 
constructed boardwalk to the beach. Our unit is a cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath plus a loft. 1 queen bed in 
each bedroom and 2 twin beds in loft (great for kids).
Granite kitchen countertops and professionally equipped for the cook in the family, tile floors 
throughout.

You'll have the best of both worlds at "La Playita" (which means The 
Little Beach) Located at Neptune's Palace. Lounge poolside, rest on 
the front porch while enjoying the unobstructed Gulf view, or take 
the beach access path located directly across the street. An additional 2 bedroom 1 bath unit 
available for families vacationing together.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Newly renovated beautifully decorated unit with all comforts of 
home: 4 TV's, 2 VCR, 4 DVD, CD player/stereo, washer, dryer, 
microwave, dishwasher, ceiling fans, tile throughout, outdoor shower,
covered deck, concrete parking, and swimming pool shared by six 
units. Weber grills provided for grilling in front or back of 
building.

Sorry No Pets due to owner allergies. Non smoking unit.

Handicap accessible, ramp in rear of building.

Activities and Attractions

St. George Island is Florida's Uncommon Coast a great place to relax 
and enjoy without the crowds. Watch dolphins playing while standing 
on the beach. Even during peak summer season you feel you have the 
island to yourself.
Enjoy just basking in the sun, swimming, fishing, exploring or 
camping all on the island. You'll never go back to the crowds in 
nearby beaches once you experience St. George Island...truly 
the "Uncommon Florida".
Enjoy safely riding, running, cycling the length of island on a 
dedicated path. Great park for kids on the beach and a short walk 
from the unit.
Nearby Apalachicola is a wonderful place to walk enjoy unique shops 
and great restaurants...only 15 minute drive off island.

July 25-27 Special for 400.00 with all fees included.

August Special: Rent our last peak week August 3-10th for 1000.00 plus taxes and clean fee. Usually 
1195.00 for the week. You must mention us saw it on vacation rentals.

2 night minimum only Friday and Saturday

Week runs Sunday thru Sunday, 5 Night Special good Sunday-Friday Only
