Vacation Rental Description

This new (original buyers bought in 4/05) is a 4 Bedroom, 3 
1/2 
Bath, end-unit town home located 3 blocks from the Ocean.  Two-car 
garage.  1st floor bedroom has queen bed with full bath overlooking 
the bay and its own deck.  Washer and Dryer located on this floor as 
well.  2nd floor has family room with deck overlooking Bay and dining 
room w all new wood flooring installed this year.  Kitchen has granite 
countertops, maple cabinets, completely stocked kitchen with high-end 
appliances, ceramic tile floor complete the kitchen and all baths. 3rd 
floor has the Master suite with queen bed, full bath, jacuzzi tub and 
unbelievable view of the Bay.  3rd bedroom has a queen bed, 4th 
bedroom has 2 twin beds.  3rd and 4th bedroom to share a full bath 
and have a view of Ocean in the distance!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Gated community, pool, bay front with incredible views of the bay, 
two car garage, washer/dryer, decks overlooking the bay on each 
floor, carpeting in all bedrooms and steps, living room and dining 
room, Digital Cable TV, DVD, electric fireplace, gas BBQ, and new, 
very comfortable furniture. Unit has towels, beach chairs and 
outside furniture on balconies.  Unit also includes beach chairs as well as 
outside furniture on the decks.

It's possible to bring your canoe, kayak, wave runner, and possibly 
boat (depending on size).  You can launch the canoe and kayak here.  
The wave runner and boat must be launched at a nearby marina.  It 
would take you about 25 min. to get to the Ocean via Ocean City 
inlet 
from this house.  You can keep the wave runner and boat in the water 
at the dock as well.

Activities and Attractions

Walking distance to beach and pretty much everything.  Drive here, 
park the car and you will never need to use it again until you 
leave! 
Walk to restaurants, shops, movie theatre, Putt Putt Golf, 
Waterslide, Candy Kitchen, Jet Ski/Boat Rental all near-by.  

Fenwick Island is conveniently situated at the Delaware & Ocean 
City, 
MD border!  You can enjoy the excitement of Ocean City (a short 
drive) to experience the boardwalk and rides and return to the 
family 
atmosphere of Fenwick Island.

Fenwick Island State Park is a short drive (5 min) with a pristine 
beach where you can enjoy guarded beaches, snack bar, surf fishing, 
and bathhouses. 

The draws of the nearby boardwalks in Bethany Beach, Ocean City, or 
Rehoboth as are the outlets in Rehoboth Beach as well as the 
Delaware 
tax-free shopping.   

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates vary depending on the time of the year available. Summer 
WEEKLY 
rentals are as follows: 
January - May           - $  900
May - June              - $1,950
July and August         - $2,450
September               - $2,150 
October - December      - $  900


MONTHLY rentals for off-season are:  

January - May 13     	- $1,800 per month
October - December   	- $1,800 per month

Seasonal, monthly and multiple discounts available.

Nightly and partial weeks available upon request, price varies upon 
season.

Rental week is Saturday to Saturday.  
Check-in is 4:00 PM, Check-out is 11:00 AM.  

If unit were not being used before or after, an early check-in/check-
out would be possible for a nominal fee.
