Vacation Rental Description

This new townhouse is part of a waterfront residential community built on the beautiful shores of 
Osoyoos Lake. It has been designed with a southwestern theme to truly capture the essence of 
Osoyoos' desert climate. It includes both lake and mountain views.

Our townhouse has 1250 sq.ft. of luxury living and includes all modern conveniences and a single car 
garage. The living room has a natural gas fireplace and an AC unit. It also includes a single 
sliding door to the patio, full cable TV / VHS / DVD player and telephone. The fully equipped 
kitchen includes a complete set of cooking utensils, microwave, large doublestainless steel sinks 
with garburator, frost free refrigerator, dishwasher, self-cleaning electric oven with exhaust hood 
and a washer / dryer.

The master bedroom includes a queen bed with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The second 
bedroom has a double / single bunkbed. There is an additional bathroom with a deep soakertub / 
shower. There is also a den fitted with a foldout couch and private washroom. All bed linens and 
towels are included.

When staying here, you may enjoy the use of a Recreation Center which includes fitness and games 
rooms, an outdoor heated swimming pool, steps away from your own private sandy beach and beautifully

January – May		: $1,200 per month
June			: $1,400 weekly
July – September	: $1,600 weekly.
October		    	: $1,200 weekly.
November – December	: $1,200 per month
