tv with HD, dining room, and designer kitchen as well as two additional bedrooms.  Second floor also 
has a deck over looking large first floor deck and lagoon. Third floor includes 800SF master suite 
and master bath with Jacuzzi tub. Also additional sleeping in 3rd floor loft area. In ground pool 
and 
spa complement the large outdoor deck and two boat slips.

-House also features an elevator from foyer to 2nd and 3rd floor.

Brigantine is a quiet NJ shore community just across the bridge from Atlantic City. You can enjoy 
the peace and quiet of the island of Brigantine as well as the fabulous Atlantic City night life. 
The 
island has plenty of activities including fishing and boating. Brigantine's beaches are among the 
most beautiful in New Jersey. Brigantine also has a well respected 18 hole links golf course. Within 
25 minutes there is access to shopping, movies, theme parks, water parks, museums, and boardwalks 
among other things.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Rates:
May 31, 2008 - Sept 1, 2008 $ 6,000 per week or $ 23,000 per month
Sept 1, 2008 - Oct 4, 2008 $ 5,000 per week or $ 17,000 per month

Boaters are welcome to dock their boat but advance notice needs to be given


Off Season:

 Oct 5, 2008 - May 23, 2009 $ 3,000 - $ 4,000 per week, $10,000 per month, or $ 1,500 - $ 2,000 per 
weekend (Friday afternoon through Sunday - 2nights) 

Fees:Cleaning: $ 250.00
