Vacation Rental Description

Come stay in our beautiful newly renovated 1,800 square foot Condo located in the serene forest of Lake 
Village Resort.  We are only minutes from the Casinos and Heavenly Ski Resort.  Our spacious Condo has a new 
kitchen, new appliances, and fully stock tableware.  It is very family friendly as it has 2 living rooms with all new 
furniture- one for the adults, and one for the kids.  There are 4 TVs (all with cable TV), 4 VCRs, 3 DVDs, 
playstation, tons of movies, playstation games, board games, and puzzles.  There are 3 Bedrooms (1 King, 2 
Queen) and 2 big pull out sofa beds.  There is a highchair and crib and washer and dryer.  There are 2 full baths 
supplied with lots of new linens and towels.  There is a deck to go out and see the beautiful view of the forest.  
There is a gas fireplace to keep you cozy on the cold nights too.  No pets, No Smoking, No parties.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Washer and Dryer.  Dishwasher, icemaker, microwave, iron, ironing boards, hair dryers, high chair, crib, linens, 
towels.

Outdoor pool, 4 tennis courts, hot tub, Men and Women's saunas, playground, pool table, ping pong table, BBQ 
grill.

Our Condo is only a few minutes away from the Casinos, Heavenly Ski Resort, Sledding, Snowmobiling, Ice 
Skating, Boat Rentals, Beach, Restaurants, Shopping, Movie Theaters, Golf Courses, Ice Cream Shoppe, Live 
Entertainment, hiking, biking, and grocery stores.

Or swim or in our pool, play tennis, or relax in our hot tub or saunas on site.

Vacation Rental Rates

Regular Rates: (3 night minimum stay)
  Any dates not listed under Peak Rates nor Off-Season Rates
     Thurs., Fri., Sat..........$295.00 per night
     Sun., Mon., Tues., Wed......$250.00 per night
  OR for the full week..........$1,700.00 per week

Off Season Rates: (3 night minimum stay)
   Any dates between April 6 - May 17, and Sept. 7 - Nov. 1
      Thurs., Fri., Sat..........$225.00 per night
      Sun., Mon., Tues., Wed.....$150.00 per night
  OR for the full week...........$1,150.00 per week

Peak Rates:  (1 week minimum stay required)
  Spring Break Weeks...Sun., March 2 - Sun., March 22.........$1,800.00 each week
  4th of July..........Sun. June 29th - Sun. July 6th..........$2,000.00 per week
  Thanksgiving.........Sun., Nov. 23rd - Sun., Nov. 28th.......$2,000.00 per week
  Christmas............Sun., Dec. 21st - Sun., Dec. 28th......$2,800.00 per week
