balcony for those quiet times. Full-size washer and dryer on the first
floor. For those not partial to climbing stairs there is a first floor
bedroom as well.
This place is brand new. The Happy Lobster is well appointed and
decorated in an easy living but very upscale West-Indies feel for that
perfect vacation in paradise. This also a Pet Friendly home for dogs
25lbs and under.

Summer (May 27 - Aug. 12) $1,795/week or $270/night (Sat - Sat 
rentals preferred).
Summer Discount (Aug.13 - Sept. 4) $1,450/week or $195/night (3 
night 
minimum).
Spring Break (March 15 - April 15) $1,450/week 
Spring (March 1 - 15;Apr. 16 - May 26) $1,350 week or $185/night(3 
night minimum).
Fall (Sept. 5 - Oct. 28) $1050/week or $150/night (3 night minimum).
Winter (Oct. 29 - Feb. 28) $950/week or $135/night- excluding 
holidays;
Monthly rates negotiable. 11% local sales tax; $300 security 
deposit; 
Full payment is due within 30 days of arrival date. VISA, 
MasterCard, and checks are accepted. 
Minimum age requirement to rent property is 25 or older. 
This is a pet friendly home for dogs under 25 lbs.
