Vacation Rental Description

We hope you'll enjoy our treasured Tybee Island home on the beach end of Gull Reef in Beachside Colony! Sit 
on the balcony and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic, or stay in your cozy king bed and do the same! :) Blue 
Heron suite is lovingly decorated and features the original work on the walls of artist Cynthia Fraula-Hahn as 
well. Unusual touches include the ocean feel of the exquisite decorator tile. The suite offers three large 
bedrooms (one king, one queen, one with twins) and 2 full baths. There is a rollaway bed for an extra guest.
This is the second of three floors (with parking garage underneath where you'll enjoy parking out of the 
elements), high enough for exquisite views. You'll have access to three pools at the Cabana Club on site and 
the wonderful Marlin Monroe's restaurant. This is not a basic stripped rental! You'll find plenty of supplies 
provided for you down to beach chairs and beach towels! I'm sure you tire of the standard rental with one small 
t.v.:) This suite offers THREE televisions, a VCR, a DVD player and a 5 disc stereo system..as well as gourmet 
kitchen accommodations. We do all we can to make our home as special to our guests as it is to us! 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Easy beach access, covered parking, elevator to right beside the front door, Cabana Club use with three pools 
INCLUDED in your charge, linens, towels, beach chairs, beach towels, complete kitchen, washer/dryer, 
restaurant on site, supplies furnished!

Activities and Attractions

Tybee Island offers a plethora of activities for the family! Swimming, shelling, forts, dolphin tours, marine science 
center, bike riding, parasailing, kyaking, ship watching, fishing (pier and deep sea), surfing, relaxing, and 
wonderful dining!

Vacation Rental Rates

Important Note: Rates include all applicable taxes!!!

October 1 through March 14.....$1195 per week, $185 per night, 3 night minimum

March 15 through September 30.....$1695 per week, $245 per night, 3 night minimum, weeks in June & July

You'll find this very rare. If you cannot come, your deposit can be applied to a future visit! And, we refund 
unused nights for hurricane evacuation which you'll find many on the island clearly state that they will not!
