Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Suite Korner Magic at Kona Magic Sands. This absolute 
Oceanfront -- 3o feet away--  has it all! Privacy, security & 
fabulous sunset views are all yours for your dream vacation on the 
Big Island of Hawaii. This absolute ocean-front one bedrom corner 
unit will sleep four - has a fully equipped view oriented, 
gourmand's delight,  kitchen, a living room with full sliding glass 
doors that open to the ocean - where Whales, Dolphins, Green Turtles 
and a myriad of colorful fish can be seen most days. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This delux unit is equipped with flat screen cable TV, CD stereo, 
ipod speaker system, high speed computer cable, telephone,(free 
local calls)& Fax, a queen sized bed, a double convertible sofa and 
a single roll-a-way and air-conditioning.
All linens are supplied.
Kitchen is a gourmand's delight with a 'see-forever-view'. 
The newly remodeled bath has a spa-tub & shower. 
The laundry facility and reserved parking is just downstairs.

Activities and Attractions

Everything you would expect from an absolute oceanfront vacation is 
here for you. The famous Magic Sands beach is on one side of you  
and the lush green grass Pahoehoe park is on the other. Snorkle, 
surf, swim and sun. Fabulous restaurants!  Special trips to a user-
friendly active volcano or step back in time at Waipo valley. Swim 
with dophins at Dophin quest at Waikola Village. From hiking to 
helicopter -- It's all here or close by on the Big Island!

Vacation Rental Rates

Rate depends on number of nights from 129 to 159 per night. Seven
night minimum. All rates listed for single or double occupancy. Each 
additional occupant $20.00 per night. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons. 
A one-time cleaning/maintenance fee of $75.00 will be made. Half-day 
arrangements must be made at the time of registration. NOTE: Major 
holidays and special events (e.g. IRONMAN) rates are 10% higher.
