January 6 to March 5:  $295.
March 5 to March 21:  $395.
March 21 to November 24:  $395.

*Rate may be higher for additional people over 5, or for stays under 4 nights, or for Holiday and some peak times.

A Deposit of 25% will secure your reservation and confirmation for
your desired dates. Deposit is accepted via PayPal, check, money
order, or travelers check. You may also have a friend here in New
York come and view apartment and a leave the deposit.
Note: We are a Verified PayPal buyer/merchant, so you have that extra
protection, safety, security, and peace of mind of knowing that we are
legitimate.
Cancellation Policy: if canceled up to 21 days prior to arrival date,
entire deposit will be returned immediately.
