action. This Newer Home is ideal for single or multiple family
vacations. It sits in beautiful Palm Cove where you can enjoy the pool
cabana with one cloverleaf pool heated pool. Sand volleyball is now
completed and shuffleboard is near completion.
Just couple of blocks from the beautiful emerald blue waters and white
sands of
the Gulf of Mexico makes this an ideal place to center your vacation.
The House is only minutes from fantastic shopping, restaurants,
entertainment, golf, inshore and offshore fishing, snorkeling, Jet
skiing, deep sea diving, para sailing, and all of the other special
events associated with a real Vacation.
The Home is now ready for nightly (3 night min) weekly, and monthly
rental. $300.00 Deposit will hold your reservation.($500.00 for
Monthly rentals over 1 month)(deposit returned after inspection for
damage within 7 days of departure) If you have "Small pets" there will
be a $75.00 per pet fee (max 2 pets) added to your Reservation.
PLEASE No SMOKING!!! If You Smoke in the House You will loose your
deposit.
I would recommend you start making reservations early as there will be
a real shortage of affordable vacation rentals in the Panama City
Beach area this season.
The Home will comfortably sleep up to 7 adults\kids. House has all
the conveniences of your home, Full Kitchen including Upgraded
cabinets, eating utensils
and dishes, cookware, washer and dryer, linens, bath towels and wash
cloths, iron and ironing board, TV's with DVD players
