Water Buoy - Spa - Boat Rental- Walk to Lake in Lake Norman

See the photos of the BeAuTiFuL Access Lot!! People find that after a day on the lake, they return tired enough to simply pump up the grill, pump up the music, and lounge in the spa!! This hot tub with waterfall and lounge shares the over sized deck with a fire pit and out door sink, leaving plenty of room to spread the food stuff around the table and count blessings for all! Later, go to the lower level game area to play air-hockey, ping-pong, or billiards. Less money can be spent on LOOKING at the water, and MORE spent being ON the water renting our boats and hav'en FUN!!! Why always pay for waterfront when it is just a walk away (1/2 mile). Sleeping and relax at Water Buoy, and spend the rest of the time skiing and fishing and cruising to all the waterfront restaurants!

Sleeping Arrangements;

We will soon have a queen sleeper sofa in the lower rec in addition to the click-clack double in the upper living. Ask.....we may have queen self inflating mattresses also. Let us know if you are bringing any.

There is a fire pit on the deck at Water Buoy.

2 small flat screens, 1 in each of 2 of the 3 bedrooms ( as currently set up). 

Margarita/snow cones maker ……there is an ice shaver.  

Kitchen fuly furnished; Popcorn popper,  Slow cooker, Cookie sheets, Pots n Pans etc all cook and eating ware. 

If grilling a lot may need extra propane.  Charcoal and propane grills on large deck.

Bring football to play on access lot. Call and I will review.

  Can be booked all kinds of ways;

...with houseboat, without, ski-pontoons, odd dates.

 Is fully booked 2009 Jan., Feb., March Is available April, part of May, June, September, etc.
