Enjoy beautiful Sand Key, the beach and Gulf of Mexico from this completely redecorated 3rd floor Crescent 
Beach Condo. The unit was gutted and 100% of it was redone. It has a new kitchen with granite counter tops 
and stainless steel appliances. There is new kitchen utensils, dishes etc.  The bathrooms have been completely 
redone. There is new furniture. The family room, dining area and kitchen have new tile floors. The bedrooms are 
carpeted. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have 
new carpet. The views of the beach and Gulf from the large balcony are fabulous. Crescent Beach Club is within 
walking distance of the Shoppe’s of Sand Key. Crescent Beach Club offers amenities such as fitness rooms, 
billiards room, heated swimming pool in the winter and BBQ grills to mention a few.

May 1 through December 31 two weeks $2000.00

In addition to the rent there is a $500.00 security/damage deposit (fully refundable providing there is no 
damage)
There is a $100.00 condominium application fee to Crescent Beach Club
Add 12% tax for rentals under 6 months and a day
