Winter      Dec. 16  - April 12     $300/night     $2100/week
Spring       April 13 - June 13     $275/night     $1900/week
Summer    June 14  - Sept 13    $300/night     $2100/week
Fall           Sept 16  - Dec. 15     $275/night     $1900/week

$400 a night with a three night minimum for the holiday weekends of Memorial day, Labor day, & 
4th of July.
$400 a night with a four night minimum for Thanksgiving holiday Nov.26th- Nov.30th
$500 a night for Dec. 20th - Jan. 10th

non-refundable cleaning fee  $150
 
refundable deposit $500 if home is left without damage and in reasonable condition

Donner / Truckee occupancy tax  =  10%

no charge for local calls with no long distance services

Check-in at 2:00 pm check out at 11:00 am
