Vacation Rental Description

The apartment is located 5 minutes from the San Juan airport.  It is on the beach and has fabulous 
views!  It is 
on the 14th floor, has private parking, swimming pool, and 24 hour security.  There is a fabulous 
lobby 
community room that has a constant ocean breeze and looks out at the ocean and beach.  It is within 
walking 
distance of casinos, fast food restaurants, and shopping.  There is a great "Jimmy Buffet" type open 
restaurant 
on the ground floor that has great food and is wonderful to sit and enjoy the beautiful beach and 
ocean.  Taxi 
service is always available outside the entrance to the building.  There are public buses that we 
have used and 
they can take you directly to the bus station at the base of Old San Juan and then you can take the 
free open 
shuttle to the top of Old San Juan and work your way back down.  Old San Juan is on a steep hill and 
it is a lot 
easier going downhill.  You can catch the shuttle back to the bus station at any point in Old San 
Juan.
 
The apartment itself has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, living room, dining room, and kitchen.  It can 
sleep up to 6 
people.  Being on the ocean, we find we rarely have to use the air conditioners because of the great 
breeze.  
However, they are there if you need them.  We just request that if you do use them, turn them off 
when you 
are not in the apartment.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Private parking, swimming pool and 24 hour security.  There is a fabulous lobby community room that 
has a 
constant ocean breeze and looks out at the beautiful ocean and beach.  Open area bar/restaurant on 
the 
ground floor with beach and ocean view.  Within walking distance of casinos, restaurants, tours and 
shopping.  
Apartment has air conditioning, washer/dryer, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cable tv, 
DVD player 
with DVDs, fully equiped kitchen, etc.  There is a cooler available to take to the beach.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, sunbathing and relaxing.  Jet skis are available for rent on the beach as well as large 
umbrellas and 
beach chairs.  Gambling and night clubs within walking distance (2 blocks).

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates for December 15 through April 15 are $1000/wk or $150/d.  From April 16 through December 14 
the rates 
are $800/wk or $125/d.  Rates are good for 4 persons.  Each additional is $10.  A $200 deposit is 
required for rentals of 4 nights or more.  A $100 deposit is requires for less that 4 nights.  
Deposit will be returned later assuming inspection shows no damages nor missing items. A cleanup fee 
of $50 is also required.
