vacation rental rates
Rates for December 15 through April 15 are $1000/wk or $150/d. From April 16 through December 14
the rates
are $800/wk or $125/d. Rates are good for 4 persons. Each additional is $10. A $200 deposit is
required. Deposit will be returned later assuming inspection shows no damages nor missing items. A cleanup fee of $50 is also required.
