Vacation Rental Description

Built in the Mid 60'd this 44 Unit small and extremley private Condo complex boasts unbelievable Mountian views. 
This unit faces South/West and directly butts up to the Canyon Country Club Golf Course. It is basically your back-
yard.

The Unit has been completely gutted and remodeled in 2007. This Designer owned and decorated unit is both 
modern and fresh! Un-cluttered and easy to maintain, this is truly for the Urban-minded Renter, as the color pallette 
is neutral, clean and sofisticated. It has all the Modern conveniences one would look for and more! Brand new 
applainces, Bathrooms, Tile, Flooring, etc... (see photos).

It sleeps 4 and has a Large Sectional in the Living Room for an additional guest if needed. Tons of Closet space with 
new, modern "Elfa" Closet systems.

This Unit is a MUST-SEE for the those who appreciate simple beauty!

Vacation Rental Amenities

This unit is completely "off-street" and comes with two (2) Car-Port spaces within steps to the Unit. It makes for a 
VERY quiet and private stay.
Fully stocked Kitchen with new Cabinets, Modern Appliances, Dishes, Pot & Pans, etc. Everything is virtually new, but 
not cheap looking or in quality!
Washer/Dryer (in the Unit). 
The Bathrooms have walk-in, Door-less Showers with rich Chocolate tile. 
The Floors have been tiled with simple and elegant Porcelain squares and only the Master Bedroom has architecturally 
sculpted, rich Chocolate Wall-to-Wall carpet from Atlas.
The rear patio (Golf Course adjacent) is STUNNING! It is open to the course, but still feels amazingly private. I 
personally sit or lie there for hours reading or just taking in the breath-taking views! Both Units on either side are 
seasonable owners, only there about 2 weeks of very year! One of whom I have never even seen. 

I am a dog person, so pets will certainly be considered with appropriate deposit dicussions.

Activities and Attractions

Only two (2) miles from the center of Downtown Palm Srings, this rental is perfectly located in the heart of the coveted 
South End. (Just off South Palm Canyon Drive). You may shop or dine in Downtown or cook in the beautifully laid out, 
updated Modern Kitchen.

There are three (3) pools where you rarely see a neighbor. Two of the pools are steps away. Also a jacuzzi accompanies 
one of them.

There are hiking trails galore!!! Also within walking distance or a quick Bike ride away! I personally enjoy that 
immensely!

Vacation Rental Rates

The Rental rates run between $2,650.00-$2,950.00/monthly. (October-May).
Weekly rentals will be considered.
