Private heated pool w/large manicured lawn close to lake in Lake Chelan

The farmhouse sits on over an acre of meticulously landscaped gardens
and lawns with a private heated pool.  Great place for kids!  Large lawn area for playing games, volleyball, croquet etc.  Basketball hoop for the big kids and a sand box for the little ones on the dining patio which also includes a gas firepit.

There are 5 bedrooms in the house as well as two gathering rooms.
There are four queen beds, three
twin
beds, and a bunk room.
The farm can easily accommodate 16 people.
There is a large covered patio that looks out to the lake and
surrounding mountains shaded by an 80
year old
Wisteria tree. Just beyond, a working garden provides constantly
ripening berries, and vegetables
for you to
enjoy. There is a grape arbor and fruit trees as well.
If you want to get out and stretch your legs, there is a half acre of
lawn, perfect for croquet, or
just to run
around. There is also a Basketball court. The farmhouse is loaded
with all kinds of activities and
games.
The property is a stones throw to Lake Chelan. Access to the water,
including a boat launch, is
just a block and
a half away at the Mill Bay park. There is plenty of off street
parking for your trailer or for
your snowmobiles.
The Farmhouse is located just two miles from Manson in the Mill Bay
area. A block and half walk up
the lake
takes you to the Mill Bay Casino, or the quaint M8 nine hole golf
course. There are three wineries
located within
a mile of the property, and many more within a ten minute drive. The
small town of Manson is just
up the road
with restaurants and a full grocery store. Wapato point is located
there as well.
Also within 10 minutes are the town of Chelan, the Chelan golf
course, the waterslide park, Echo
valley family
ski resort, echo ridge snow park , and Antillion lake snow park. In
any season, you'll never run out
of things to
do.
Amenities include: Cable television, DVD Player, stereo with Ipod
adapter, internet access (both
hard line and
wireless) Basketball court and balls, bad mitten set, dishwasher,
air conditioning,
cooking utensils
and dishware, all linins and towels provided . (please bring your
own toiletries, shampoo, soap,
etc).

Summer: $3,250 per week (2nd week of June - 2nd week of September)
Winter: $250 per night / $1500 per week
Fall / Spring $350 per night / $2100 per week
Memorial Day Weekend: 3 night minimum stay @ $500 / night or $3,250
for that week
We also require a $200 non refundable cleaning fee and a refundable damage deposit of $500.
Please note: sales and lodging taxes are not included in price. The
Farmhouse is non-smoking.
Although we
love pets, we must ask that you leave them at home during your stay,
or we can direct you to local
pet
boarding.
