400 feet from the beach on a quiet, paved dead end road in Scotch Creek
on the North Shuswap. Special foam block and concrete (ICF)
construction ensure a QUIET holiday.
Please Note: No train tracks or train noise
on this side of the lake.

The new air conditioned Cabin is 1800 sq feet with 4 bedrooms and 2
1/2 bathrooms.

All furniture, beds, bedding, appliances, Blu Ray DVD players, big
screen TVs are new. Also a new washer and dryer.

Lots of deck area awaits you with BBQ, patio furniture, large new 7
person hot tub, large waterfall and stream (child safe with no
ponds or pools). An outdoor sound system with iPod dock and CD player
will entertain you when lounging or hot tubbing. Wireless internet.

The Cabin is stocked with everything you need and more. Just bring
your clothing and beach towels. NO BEDDING REQUIRED as we supply it
all including bath towels.

There is an fire pit for evening campfires.

A variety of activities await you: hiking, biking, golf, swimming,
mini-golf, restaurants, bowling, bumper boats, boat rentals,
wake-boarding, canoeing, kayaking.

A new Super Valu is minutes away with a drug store across the street.

The beach is just yards from the Cabin....a nice place to enjoy your
morning coffee.
There is a new, secure mooring buoy for your use with a free boat launch
2 min away at the Provincial Park.

Children can bike ride on the quiet road.

Lots of room for parking and an RV.

Shuswap Lake Provincial Park is an easy walk away by road or beach and
offers many hiking and biking trails along with daily and evening
activities for children.

The Cabin is on a flat lot, very close to the lake on a quiet,
paved flat street with no hills.
The beach is sandy.
The deck is two steps above ground.
There is a short wheelchair ramp onto the deck.
The main floor is wheelchair friendly with 36" doors for easy access.
The main floor has wide halls and an open kitchen and living room area.

The Cabin is just yards away from the beach.

There is a full RV hookup (any size RV) on the level paved driveway,
located away from the Cabin for privacy.

The paved driveway will also accomodate several vehicles and a boat or
seadoos.

The Master bedroom with ensuite, fireplace, flat screen TV, Blu Ray
DVD player, and private patio door to the hot tub will pamper you.

The Living room has a remote control fireplace, big screen TV with
theatre sound, Blu Ray DVD player and comfy cabin furniture for
lounging and visiting.

The Loft has two roomy bedrooms with large windows, skylites,
queen/twin bunkbeds and their own washroom.

The Loft also has a secluded reading and lounging area overlooking the
living room.

The large Deck and patio have open areas for sun tanning and
a large covered area for those preferring shade.
The deck also has a sound system with CD player and an iPod dock.

The Kitchen has all new appliances including a dishwasher, fridge
with water + icemaker, microwave, hot air popper and coffee machine.

Many activities await you: hiking, biking, boating, jet-skiing, white
water rafting, mini-golf, bumper boats, minutes to golf with other
courses nearby, canoeing, kayaking. Bike rentals nearby.
There are restaurants, a drugstore, Super Valu and hardware stores
nearby.

Shuswap Lake Provincial Park is a short walk away by beach or road
and offers kilometres of bike and hiking trails along with
kayak, canoe and water toy rentals.

Local marinas have boats, water-skis and wakeboards
for rent. Wakeboard and water ski schools are available.

Arts and crafts are available in the area.

For winter vacations the cabin is minutes away from some
of the best snowmobiling and cross country skiing the
interior has to offer.

With two propane fireplaces and superb construction our cabin will
keep you cozy during Christmas and New Years. Other non-Prime weeks
are also available at lower rates.
