First floor, compact condo, between the beach road and main Outer Banks bypass.  Nice and comfortably 
furnished (see pics.) Private community, ample parking, safe area for children.
2 outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, kiddies pool, and sunbathing deck enclosed in private gated area – open 
May to September.
Outdoor showers and BBQ grilling areas.
Located just across road from ocean an easy 2 – to – 3 minutes walk.
Many excellent restaurants, or fast food services, and supermarkets close by.
Located at Mile Post 9.5 on the Kill Devil Hills/Nags Head line.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Master bedroom with Queen Size bed, additional bedroom with pyramid bunk = full on bottom and single on top.
Living room: TV/VCR/DVD and cable. Stereo with CD and cassette.
Kitchen: Dishwasher, microwave, kitchen utilities (blender/toaster etc.)
Covered patio with deck furniture gets morning sun, wonderful for coffee and breakfast or afternoon cocktails.
Central heat and A/C.
Bring your own sheets and towels.

Easy access to beach or the sound.  Many restaurants, outlet shopping, water sports, safe bike trails – 
equipment rental store (bikes etc.) 1 block away, historic activities, fishing, light houses and many children’s 
activities.  This is the perfect location for any family.
