Located on the West end of Panama City in Laguna Beach, this 2
bedroom 1 bath cottage is just 2 short blocks from Laguna's
beautiful dedicated beach. This 1960's cottage was completely
remodeled in 2006. It has new paint, floors, appliances and fixtures
throughout. It is beautifully decorated in a classic beach cottage
design featuring a creative blend of colors and textures, mixing
antique and modern furnishings and accessories. The decor creates a
soothing and casual atmosphere perfect for relaxing and enjoying
your time at the beach. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen
bed and sitting area. The second bedroom has one full bed and one
twin/day bed perfect for lounging around and reading a book. The
bathroom is completely remodeled with new fixtures and clean white
tile. The home has a huge front porch with rocking chairs perfect
for enjoying the ocean breeze.

The kitchen is fully furnished with full place settings, utensils,
cookware, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a new refrigerator.
Linens, iron and ironing board, new over/under washer and dryer, TV,
phone. We have also provided books and board games for you to
enjoy.

Laguna beach is a quiet and friendly neighborhood with a public,
dedicated beach with public access parking and no high-rises to
spoil your beach experience. Within walking distance is Thomas'
Doughnuts, where they serve the best homemade doughnuts you will
ever eat, as well as a delicious lunch menu at a very resonable
price. Also nearby is the Carousel grocery store where you will
find one of the best wine selections in the area, along with a gift
shop with all the beach essentials and more. Everything that Panama
City has to offer is easily accessible - great restuarants,
nightlife, fishing, boating, parasailing, jet skis,
motorcycle/scooter rentals, ZooWorld, GulfWorld, local winery,
public pier... the options are endless!
