University of Phoenix Stadium, Peoria and Surprize Sports Complexes
approximately 25 minutes. Lake Pleasant 20 minutes. Ben Avery Shooting
Range 15 minutes. West World 30 minutes. Scottsdale TPC 20 minutes.
Out the back gate are miles of jogging/walking trails through the natural
desert.

Relax in the elegant western lifestyle at our Cave Creek horse
property. The ranch house and guest house are planned hacienda style
around a lush courtyard for climate mitigation and water conservation.
The 950 square foot guest house is fully furnished in a comfortable
eclectic style. It has a complete kitchen with dishwasher, washer and
dryer plus side by side refrigerator with water and ice in the door.
Included are broadband internet and flat screen HDTV. The bedroom has
a European pillow top queen size bed. A queen size sofa bed is in the
living room. The large covered patio faces the lush courtyard and
gurgling fountain designed by a renowned southwest landscape architect.

Out the back gate are miles of walking/jogging trails through the open
desert. Mountain views abound. Watch the fantastic sunrises and
sunsets, or the moon rising over the mountains. You can see the stars
at night and hear the coyotes' song.

The secluded north Phoenix/Cave Creek location has quick access to
I-17 and SR101. Phoenix airport is approximately 45 minutes away.
Tucson 2 hours. Sedona 90 minutes. Grand Canyon 4 hours. With in 5
miles there is golf, fitness center, horseback riding, parks and
preserves, restaurants, shopping, and other services. In this area
most businesses are locally owned which provides a rich character not
found in the chains.

The owner lives in the main house. All maintenance issues are handled
within 24 hours. This property is smoke free.

We love our horses. But when we come inside we live in a classy
comfortable style. The guest house reflects this style. Walk in and
feel at home. In the living room, conversation is centered at the sofa
and leather covered barrel chairs which surround a Persian area rug
and glass-topped coffee table. The glass-topped dining table is
accompanied with handmade dining chairs with woven seats and backs.

The all electric kitchen has a side by side refrigerator with water
and ice in the door, cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and
dryer, stainless steel double sink, copper counters, coffee/espresso
machine, dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils. Teas, coffee,
creamer sweetener, and basic seasonings are provided. Gas BBQ is
available.

A large tiled shower and Kohler pedestal sink are features in the
roomy bathroom. A high window provides light and airflow at certain
seasons.

The bedroom features a queen bed, bedside chests and lights, alarm
clock, two down reading chairs, area rug, courtyard view and large
closet with rods. All linens are top quality.

All floors are stained concrete. Muted desert colors are used
throughout. Patio furniture includes outdoor dining table with four
chairs and a chaise lounge.

Supplies: Hand soap is handmade by a local artisan; coffee is fair
trade and roasted in Arizona by a small specialty roaster. A one week
supply of paper goods is stocked. After consumption guests must
provide their own. Cleaning supplies and tools are provided. No
cleaning is provided during rental period. Cleaning service can be
arranged for longer than one week stays. All utilities are provided.

five minutes. Easy access to sporting events, world class equestrian
shows, Barrett Jackson car auction, art shows, culinary and western

Carefree, Scottsdale, fine dining ,shopping.

Seasonal rates based on double occupancy. Two nights minimum.
