Great oceanfront views! Great sunsets and 180 degree views from any of the two lanais/ balconies. Free Wifi Access. The condo is situated on the second floor of the Maui Sunset complex and is located about 100 yards from the beach with only a grassy manicured area in between. As a guest of the resort, you will enjoy full use of the large swimming pool, jacuzzi, exercise room, 2 tennis courts, putting green, and gas barbecue pits. Condominium offers full amenities of home, including washer/dryer, 4 air conditioning units, 2 DVD players, 3 television sets, a pack n play for babies/toddlers, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Additional excellent beaches, restaurants, a farmer's market, and shopping centers are all walking distance away. The beach in front of condo, in season, is considered one of the best windsurfing spots on the Hawaiian Islands.

The master bedroom and third bedroom have queen size beds, while the second bedroom has two twin beds. All three bathrooms have showers, with one bathtub/shower combo in the third bathroom.

Activity Desk is located at the condominium's swimming pool area, offering information and assistance with reservations for a variety of activities throughout Maui and adjoining islands, (i.e. luaus, helicopter rides, tours, whale watching (in season), restaurants, and golf (tee times). They offer an orientation each morning at the pool (with coffee) with an overview of their services and activities.

The rate is $250/night during the off peak season (May to October) and $275/ night for peak season (November to April) plus 13.42% Hawaiian taxes. Higher rates apply for holiday periods such as the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Full payment of any outstanding balances must be completed no later than 30 days PRIOR (Canadian Clients 60 days) to arrival date or will result in forfeiture of reservation. Minimum stay of 4 days required.
