This terrific 3-story cottage with a private pool sits in the attractive, gated community of Sunrise
Beach, just a moments stroll from the beach access. This community of Sunrise Beach is directly
south of the praised bike/hike path. It is also just a short walk from the many fine shops and
restaurants at Gulf Place, such as the Smiling Fish Cafe and Amore Pizza, or take a stroll to Miss
Lucille's Gossip Parlor for your morning cup of coffee and newspaper.
The Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club is approx. a mile to the west.

Serendipity has multiple covered porches on which to relax and enjoy the splendid views and the
cottage is a moments stroll from the impeccable beach.
The private pool in the back-yard provides for a secluded retreat. Outdoor furniture is provided
along with an outdoor shower and barbecue grill.
The living-area offers all the comforts of home. There's a TV/VCR/DVD and access to the front,
furnished porch. Sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully-stocked and has all modern appliances. The
dining area seats 6 with additional seating at the breakfast bar. A washer/dryer is provided.

There is a bedroom with a full-bed off the ground-floor level with access to the hallway bathroom.
TV. The
second bedroom on the second-floor has a queen-bed, TV and private bathroom. The third bedroom on
the
second-floor has a queen bed, TV and private bathroom. The loft area offers a day-bed with trundle
and a
terrific deck area in which to enjoy the marvelous views.

There is ample parking for 3 cars.

Scenic Route 30A on the Northwest Panhandle of Florida runs 18-miles between Destin to the west and
Panama City to the east. This area is also branded as the Emerald Coast and is well-known for it's
lustrous powder-white sand beaches and balmy turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Numerous top-ranking Golf courses including the Santa Rosa Beach & Golf Club is approx. a mile to
the west.

Extensive kids attractions and amusements can be found in nearby Panama City and Destin.

Wonderful shopping in unique seaside communities scattered along 30A, and walking distance of the
restaurants, shops, boutiques and artists corner at Gulf Place

A terrific bike path meanders through seaside communities, alongside lakes, through woodlands and
beach areas. The path runs from Blue Mountain to Inlet Beach, 18-miles in length with 9-miles being
off-road. A real fun activity for all the family.

Grayton Beach State Recreation Area - 2000+ acres of beaches, nature trails, picnic areas.

Eden State Gardens sits on Tucker Bayou .. a perfect place for a picnic lunch under the incredible
moss-draped oaks.

Fishing, boating, boat charters and cruises, dolphin sunset cruises, watersports can be found in
nearby Destin.
