views,wildlife roaming property,steel gate entrance,pond,long winding driveway,deer feeders on  
property,observation tower to watch wildlife, room to ride our 6 passenger golf cart, hammock area  
with isolating fan to  
relax, read  
or just enjoy the beautiful mountain views and air.must see it to believe it.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Upstairs:sleeps 6 people,flat screen TV with surround sound,satellite,DVD,washer/dryer,iron and  
board, master  
bedroom with king bed linens provided,master bathroom and huge walk-in closet, air/heat,full kitchen  
all  
appliances needed,walk-in pantry,dining room table,two full couches one is pullout other is  
horseshoe shaped can sleep two people,old fashioned wood  
burning  
fireplace, outside grill. 
Downstairs:Sleeps 8 people, big room with full kitchen,2 futon beds,47"TV,DVD,VCR,dining room  
table, 
1 bedroom has two sets of bunk beds,dresser with mirrors,walk-in closet. other bedroom has full size  
bed with dresser and mirror, walk-in closet. sleeping area in gameroom can sleep 4 people 
INNKEEPERS ON PROPERTY FOR COOKING AND CLEANING IF NEEDED. EXTRA FEE FOR COOKING.

1-4 People $199.00 a night 
5-8 People $250.00 a night 
9-18People $300.00 a night 
lower price for seven days or longer 
Arrival time: 2:00pm 
Check out time: 11:00am 
WE CHARGE NIGHLTY NOT WEEKLY!!!!! 
$25.00 PER PERSON OVER 18 PEOPLE 
Extended stay discount and corporate rate available 
9.5% state & local sales tax   5% lodging tax will be added to price 
a $100.00 gas card will be given for 3 night stay or longer at regular price (card will not be given  
if you receive any other lower rate price or discounts). out of state travelers only 
$500.00 damage depositis required this covers house,its contents,property and golf cart.  
Deposit must be put on a credit card, no charges will be charged unless damage beyond normal wear  
and tear has been done while in your use.
