 Large living room, Dinning room (4+), kitchen with everything in it, large  bathroom, with large 
shower, -large bedroom with King size bed (made up fresh before you arrive).
 Just bring your toothbrush!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Gas grill, patio, shade tree, Mt. Views, TV/VCR/DVD, CD/radio/tape deck, microwave, d/w, electric 
stove, pots, pans, in the refrigerator will be something to get you started !  All linens/towels 
etc. even hair dryer! Washer.

Activities and Attractions

Close to Mt. Lemon -30 minutes from the house to the top, 30 minutes to airport-train station, U of 
A, DMAFB, less than 5 minutes to major stores. Short drive there are tennis courts, bird watching, 
walking trails, hiking, horse-back riding, sightseeing, 6 hrs. to Grand Canyon. 
Uduall Park has huge pool, arts/crafts.
It is all here-you decide.

Vacation Rental Rates

Full Season rental:

Oct. 15th-April 15, 2009 months stay: $950.00 mo. for 6 months, plus security is 1 month and half, 
first month rent signing of lease for 1-2 Adults. plus electric (own meter),water is $45.mo.,($7.00 
is for garbage pick up), paid to owner. Phone, cable/internet is up to renter to make arragngesments 
if you want this. Lines are in, cable ready.

AFTER SEASON IT IS MONTHLY IS $800.OO mo. FOR 6-12 MONTH LEASE. for 1-2 adults. plus 
ultilites,security, cleaning deposit will be taken out of security deposit. First month rent payable 
at signing of lease. Pay owner ultilities of water ($45.mo.)and own electric meter.
 Has heat pump/a/c. 
 
Ideal for one or two persons who need a place to stay while their house is being built, or person 
needs a place for business in Tucson or just for longer vacation!60 Day notice for cancelation.
