Bay surrounded by lush landscaping, and island living. My townhouse is located directly on Tampa  
Bay.  Imagine enjoying your morning cup of coffee on your private patio just steps from the bay,  
while dolphins play in the background and cruise ships sail by in the distance.  My townhouse  
features 1000 square feet of living space and 200 square feet of patio(s) & balconies.  It is 1  
bedroom with 1.5 bathrooms and can comfortabley accomodate 4.  It has granite counter tops in the  
kitchen, bathrooms, and bar , It has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, and a  
stackable washer & dryer.  Plenty of closet space for extended stays.  Brand new carpet & tile,  
brand new furnishings, digital HD cable, unlimited broadband wireless internet, unlimited local &  
long distance calling within the united states.  It has a beautiful wide open water panoramic view  
of Tampa Bay, downtown St. Pete, downtown Tampa, and the Sunshine Skyway bridge.  The address is

Minutes away; St. Petersburg's waterfront and downtown St. Petersburg is home to the Salvador Dali  
Museum, the Florida International Museum, the Florida Holocaust Museum, Museum of the Fine Arts,  
Great Explorations the Hands on Museum (great for kids), and the St. Petersburg Museum of History.   
In addition to museums, the downtown waterfront is filled with locally owned restaurants, botiquies,  
bookstores, coffee & tea shops, and the Mahaffey Theater-a great place to catch live musical  
performances and plays.   
 
In addition to downtown St. Petersburg, Waterside is just minutes away from local beaches, including  
the world famous Fort DeSoto beach, rated one of the top 5 beaches in USA by Mr. Beach.  On the  
beaches, you will find many activities including parasailing, mini-golf, shopping, restaurants,  
fishing piers, dolphin watching and other fun activities.  And off-course GOLF!  The area has many  
championship public golf courses for your enjoyment, public tennis, and just about any other  
activity you can think of.  St. Petersburg/Clearwater International airport is only 20 minutes away.  
 
Tampa is located just 45 minutes away, and his home to the Tampa Bay Bucanneers football team as  
well as the Tampa Bay Lightning hockey team.  Musuem of Science & Industry (MOSI), The Florida  
Aquiriam, Lowery Park Zoo, Channelside entertainment district, Ybor City and Bush Gardens are also  
located in Tampa.  And Orlando attractions are just 1 and a half hours away. Tampa International  
airport is also just 30 minutes away. The Tampa Bay area also features some of the country's best  
nightlife, and some of the best restaurants to tempt your tastebuds. 
 
  

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer -  May thru August- $500 per week or $1,700 per month. 
Fall - September thru August - $600 per week or $2,000 per month. 
Season - January thru April - $700 Per week or $2,100 per month.

**Discount available for multiple consecutive monthly rentals** 
**monthly rentals take priority over weekly** 
 
Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee - $50 (deducted from reservation/security deposit) 
reservation/security deposit due with reservation - $300. Rental due 30 days prior  
to your arrival. 
 
Cancellation Policy  - Cancellations made more than thirty days prior to check-in will forfeit $50  
of reservation/security deposit. Cancellations made within thirty days of check-in will forfeit full  
amount of reservation/security deposit.
