affords guests the grandiose seclusion of a mountain hideaway, but with the convenience of an in-town
location.
Wrapped by pine-trees on one side and cliff-side vista views of the Rocky Mountains on the other,
this beautiful and modern log home feels like a remote mountain retreat. Yet guests are less than a
mile from all the downtown attractions such as go-cart tracks, putt-putt golf, art galleries, the
Estes Park Brewery, and restaurants.
Relax in the outdoor hot tub as you overlook the Rocky Mountains from the elevated deck. The hot tub
is open year-round. Nestled on a mountainside, Mont Blanc Chalet lets you enjoy the serenity and

Mont Blanc Chalet rents for $4000 a week with a one week minimum stay (Saturday check in and checkout
only) except for September 1st – May 1st (excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas) where off season rates
apply ($3400 a week or $500 a night with a two night minimum). A $300 cleaning fee will be charged
for less than a week stay.
We require a 50% deposit within 10 days of booking to hold your reservation. The balance is due
sixty (60) days prior to Check-In date. All reservations made within 60 days of Check-In date
require payment in full. All rentals are subject to sales tax and a $50.00 reservation fee.
All rentals require a $250 cleaning/damage deposit, payable by check or credit card, due at the time
of Check-In. This deposit is fully refundable within 30 days of Check-Out provided there are no
damages or extra
changes (phone, etc.)
