Vacation Rental Description

This unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit, located on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool and the intercoastal  
waterways.  Approximate sq footage is 1400 sq feet.  Unit is fully furnished with a chef's style kitchen, all  
cooking utensils for 6-8 people.  The living room opens up to the balacony.  All linens and extra linens are  
included.  This unit is steps from the Gulf of Mexico, the trolley stop is in front of the building.  Convenience store  
is located in front of building also.   
Master bedroom over looks the pool with a king size bed, and Pier 1 furniture decorated in palm trees, 2nd  
bedroom has 2 twin beds and a queen size futon, decorated in a Nautical theme.  In the living room there is  
also a queen size sofa sleeper.  Just bring your beach towels!!!

40 minutes from Tampa airport and 25 minutes from St Pete/Clearwater airport 
1 1/2 hrs to all the Orlando Parks 40 minutes to Busch Gardens

Vacation Rental Rates

This condo building prefers 30 day rentals, other arrangements can be made by contacting the owners directly.   
During certain seasons weekly rentals may be available. 
Rates per month depending on season $2200.00 to $2700.oo/monthly 
Rates per week depending on season $600-$750/weekly 
Rates include Florida taxes 
Security/damage/key deposit required 
Rentals not confirmed until deposit received, full payment due 30 days before arrival 
Rates subject to change with out notice 
Payment - owners prefer certified checks/money order 
Other units are available for larger family vacations
