Relax at this sweet retreat located on the grounds of Turtle Bay
Resort on the North Shore. Get
away from the crowds, and hustle and bustle of Honolulu and Waikiki -
just a short drive from the
airport (less than an hour). Take a drive up the Kamehameha Highway
and enjoy the laid back country
living, cool ocean breezes, and the beautiful scenery. Travel the
coastline and see famous Oahu
beaches including Waimea, Sunset, Pipeline, V-Land, to name a few.
The natural and beautiful North
Shore is untouched and a great place to enjoy the real Hawaii!
This beautiful "Gold Coast" 2nd floor condo (top floor) was just
completely renovated (including
painting the entire condo) in January 2008! Brand new kitchen,
bathrooms (2 full!), furniture,
appliances, porcelain tile, Air Conditioning (bedroom and living
room), ceiling fans (3) -
everything is NEW! Master bedroom offers restful sleep on the new
queen teak platform bed and also
includes a brand new TV with DVD and spacious closet; and loft
bedroom has 2 twin beds and a private
full bath.
High speed broadband internet also included if you need to stay
connected, and a washer/dryer is
available in the condo if you need it. Of course, all linens and
towels come with your rental. The
kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, coffee
maker, refrigerator (with
icemaker), stove - all new - along with all cooking utensils,
dishes, silverware, pots, pans and
everything you need to make it your home away from home!
Our condo has a quiet pool just steps from our door (one of 3 pools)
with private key access for our
guests, BBQ areas, regulation tennis courts, ping pong table,
walking paths, and golf!
Vacation at a fraction of hotel prices. Kuilima Estates West,
located on the grounds of Turtle Bay
Resort, is gated with secured parking (you have your own reserved
space). The lanai view is the
beautiful and peaceful first hole on the Fazio golf course (pictured
above).
You will want to come back each year to recharge and relax. A
wonderful place to unwind and enjoy
the Aloha spirit of Hawaii!

Enjoy the safe and quiet grounds of Turtle Bay Resort which offers
numerous activities just steps
from the condo. There are 2 golf courses (Arnold Palmer and George
Fazio) that offer special guest
rates (ASK US!); horseback riding, kayaking, snorkeling, helicopter
tours, and one of the best
surfing schools on the island! Walk, jog or hike along the 5 miles
of beachfront trails - just
incredible views! Enjoy soaking up the sun on the beach at the
resort-just a short walk, plus
numerous world class beaches to choose from in the area!
It is just a few minutes walk to the resort where there are several
casual and fine dining
restaurants as well as outdoor dining at Ola's right on the beach;
and the Golf Course's more
informal Lei Lei's-a local favorite-excellent food and service.
There are grocery markets located
within 7 miles of the condo; and a must see is a visit to one of the
Shrimp Trucks and
fruit/vegetable stands located up and down the road.
You are close to great sightseeing (all within a 10-20 minute
drive) - Polynesian Cultural Center
(most visited attraction on Oahu), Waimea Falls-Audobon Society,
Haleiwa Town (great shopping, art
galleries, restaurants, and a boat harbor-check out the tours
offered there!), Dole Plantation,
Kualoa Ranch; and all the major surf spots-Pipeline, Sunset, and
Waimea-to name a few! Skydiving and
Glider Rides are available at the Dillingham Airfield for the
adventurous spirit.
