Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to the luxury enclave of Las Quintas de Los Cabos Townhome Villas! Our adult oriented, gated 
community puts you right in the heart of the San Jose area. Situated 1 block from the beach, and overlooking 
the Mayan Palace Golf course, it offers quiet and relaxing comfort for your getaway. Located 20 minutes drive 
from the airport, and 25 minutes drive from Cabo San Lucas, this location is ideal to explore all that Los Cabos 
has to offer. Within walking distance of shopping, dining, and entertainment, as well as many activities.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Over 1200 sq. ft. of open, spacious design, with 12 ft. vaulted ceilings featuring exposed beams, and tile. The 
master bedroom has a king size bed, lots of closet space, with an attached ensuite bathroom with large 
shower, double sinked vanity, and toilet. Patio doors lead off the master bedroom to the large deck. The second 
bedroom offers twin beds, ample closet space, with the main bathroom close by. The kitchen is well appointed 
with a 6 burner gas range, large capacity fridge, garburator, dishwasher, microwave, granite countertops, and 
cherry wood cabinetry. Off the kitchen is the laundry area featuring a stacking washer/dryer, and wash tub, as 
well as additional storage. The open living room/dining room area features roll back patio doors onto the deck 
overlooking the pool. The complex offers 2 pools, with palapa seating areas, and lounge chairs. The premises 
are well maintained, and surrounded by lush landscaping. Our unit offers 2 designated parking spaces. Other 
amenities include: 2 televisions with satellite tv, dvd player, stereo unit with mp3 compatibilty, all kitchen 
necessities, including toaster, coffemaker, and citrus juicer, hair dryers, all towels and linens, well appointed 
furnishings, air conditioning, 5 ceiling fans, gas bbq on the deck, outdoor table and chairs, as well as teak 
loungers.

Activities and Attractions

The Los Cabos area has many activities to enjoy including golfing, world class fishing, watersports (jet skiing, 
parasailing, kayaking, surfing), atv tours, eco tours, swimming with dolphins, zip line adventures, horse back 
riding, as well as shopping, and a lively arts community. The possibilities are endless!

Vacation Rental Rates

Low season rates $900.00 US dollars per week (April through November)
High Season rates $1200.00 US dollars per week (December through March)
Long term rentals negotiable.
