Cozy Chalet Cabin on cul de sac in amenity filled community on Lake Wallenpaupack.  Cabin features 1  
bedroom with queen bed on the first floor and a large sleeping loft with another queen bed.   
Cathedral Tongue and Groove ceilings in the Loft, Living Room and Kitchen.  Gas fireplace in the  
Living Room, Fully equipped kitchen, Bathroom with walk in shower.  Large 12 x 32 deck with plenty  
of deck furniture as well as a gas grill.  All overlooking the wooded back yard. Full access to all  
the community amenities and activities.  
 
The Community, Wallenpaupack Lake Estates, offers 2 outdoor pools (heated), 1 indoor pool, 2 sandy  
beaches, a marina on Lake Wallenpaupack (Pennsylvania's largest lake), an adult lodge (over 21  
only), a recreation center for children, tennis courts, basketball courts, bocci courts, volleyball  
courts, horseshoe pits, handball, baseball field and many playgrounds and hiking trails.  The  
community also offers many summer activities such as Bingo, Arts and Crafts, summer games, summer  
swim team, etc.

$550.00 per week plus $50.00 registration to W.L.E.P.O.A. 
 
September 2, 2008 to October 31, 2008 
Friday to Sunday Rental Rate: 
$275.00 plus $25.00 registration to W.L.E.P.O.A. 
 
3 day Weekend Rate: 
$375.00 plus $25.00 registration to W.L.E.P.O.A. 
 
$300.00 Refundable Security Deposit on all rentals.
