heated pool, fitness center and picnic area for those who love to BBQ. You will love the views of 
the Gulf of Mexico from your Master bedroom, Living room or patio. Enjoy the geo-thermal heated pool 
that looks over the Gulf of Mexico, and then get some exercise with a little tennis on the 2 private 
tennis courts. Take advantage of the incredible beach frontage, including open unoccupied beach 
frontage just to the east. Call us about other units in this complex if you have

Fall (September 6 - November 1) $980/week 
Winter (November 1 - March 15) $750/week or $1400/month 
Rates are subject to change without notice. These rates do not include taxes or cleaning fees. $300 
deposit 
required. Calculate total cost by adding $90 for cleaning and then multiply by 10.5% for room taxes.
