Vacation Rental Description

This rental home is located next to National Forest Service property. Nestled between 2 streams in an 
area where nature abounds. This home is conveniently located in Scaly Mountain, NC, near the GA/NC 
state line, 5 miles from Dillard or Sky Valley, GA and 15 miles from Highlands or Franklin, NC.

The home opens up to a spacious great room with a large outdoor covered deck, where you can enjoy a 
soft breeze from your rocking chair. The great room has a beautiful rock fireplace where you can have 
some quiet conversation or play a board game on a chilly winter's evening. The Master Bedroom 
features a king-size bed and a private full bathroom. On the other side of the house there are two 
bedrooms that share a full bathroom. 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds and the other, a queen-size bed and a 
window that overlooks the National Forest.

Central heating and air-conditioning run throughout the house.

There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the home and unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in the 
home.
