upscaled furnishings.  My home is located in the brand new coumminty of Creekside, just a five 
minute drive to 
the 
heart of Bethany Beach.  The community offers an outdoor swimming pool with adjoining clubhouse, and 
a boat 
launch onto White's Creek that leads to Indian River Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.  The bay is ideal 
for the 
experienced waterman or for the novice, eager to try boating, jet skiing, windsurfing, or kayaking.  
Two 
shopping centers are located within walking distance which includes 2 large grocery stores and 
restaurants.

For the golf enthusiast, Bear Trap Dunes golf resort offers 27 holes of championship golf and 
clubhouse 
amenities just 1/2 mile away.  There are also several other top rated courses within 20 miles.  For 
those who 
love to shop, Rehoboth Beach offers 160 tax free outlet stores just ten miles away.  And for the 
race or slot 
machine fans, Dover Downs is an easy 45 minute drive to Dover, Delaware.
