Our brand new Cottage is located in Beach Dreams Resort in the Yacht Club Village. Historic Wells is the perfect vacation spot on the Southern Coast of Maine. We are conveniently located near the long sandy beaches of Wells, Moody and Ogunquit.

Our cottage features 2 bedrooms with room to sleep 6.  The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds (no bunk beds). The living room is furnished with an open up queen size sofa bed. Comfy furnishings and new appliances make for a cozy retreat including TV with DVD. Built in stereo system includes CD, cassette and am/fm radio.

The cottage village is situated on 40+ acres and has a swimming pool, hot tub, a club house and plenty of walking and hiking trails close by. Beautiful Moody, Ogunquit and Wells beaches are nearby by either car, bike or trolley. Return home to enjoy the three season screened/glassed porch.

Located On the Trolley Stop

Beach Dreams is a centrally located area off Route one; However, it is set back
from the rush of the main road to provide a private, gated community. The main
pool and clubhouse are convenient to the cottage; it includes an adult pool as
well as a kiddie pool; and jacuzzi. There is also a video game room, exercise
room, pool table room, and men's and women's bathrooms for changing at the pool area.

The Wells area has numerous beaches, golf courses(including mini-golf), fishing
charters, sight seeing trips, and walking and biking trails. There are many
restaurants, antique shops, gift shops, and large outlet shopping in the area.
Beach Dreams is located on the trolley stop to connect you with the nearby
beaches, shops, and restaurants in the Wells/Ogonquit area.
