Vacation Rental Description

Our brand new Cottage is located in Beach Dreams Resort in the Yacht Club Village. Historic Wells is  
the perfect vacation spot on the Southern Coast of Maine.  We are conveniently located near the long  
sandy beaches of Wells, Moody and Ogunquit. Our cottage features 2 bedrooms with room to sleep 6.  
The master bedroom has a queen size bed.   The second bedroom has 2 twin beds (no bunk beds).  The  
living room is furnished with an open up queen size sofa bed. Comfy furnishings and new appliances  
make for a cozy retreat including TV with DVD.  Built in stereo system includes CD, cassette and  
am/fm.   
 
The cottage village is situated on 40+ acres and has a swimming pool, hot tub, a club house and  
plenty of walking and hiking trails close by.  Beautiful Moody, Ogunquit and Wells beaches are  
nearby by either car, bike or trolley. Return home to enjoy the three season screened/glassed  
porch.    Welcome to Southern Maine, the way life should be!

Activities and Attractions

Beach Dreams is a centrally located area off Route one; However, it is set back from the rush of the  
main road to provide a private, gated community. There is a central "Dream Club" where groups can  
meet, relax at the kid and adult pool and jacuzzi, and enjoy a barbecue. There is also a video game  
room, exercise room, pool table room, and men's and women's bathrooms for changing at the pool area.  
In addition, there is a pool right near the cottage for your convenience as well.  New amenities  
also include tennis, basketball, bocce, and croquet courts. 
 
The Wells area has numerous beaches, golf courses(including mini-golf), fishing charters, sight  
seeing trips, and walking and biking trails. There are many restaurants, antique shops, gift shops,  
and large outlet shopping in the area. Beach Dreams is located on the trolley stop to connect you  
with the nearby beaches, shops, and restaurants in the Wells/Ogonquit area. 
 
 

Vacation Rental Rates

May 31,2007  - June 28,2007     $800.00/weekly or $125/night - 2 night minimum 
 
June 29, 2007  - Aug 30, 2007   $950.00/weekly or $150.00/night - 2 night minimum 
 
Sept 1, 2007 - Oct 25, 2007       $800.00/weekly or $125.00/night - 2 night minimum 
 
Check in Saturday after 2:00 PM / Check out Saturday by 10:00 AM  
Monday thru Friday rentals available at discounted rates  
 
50% Rental Deposit / $200.00 Security Deposit 
Non-Smoking / No Pets Allowed
