This is a two-level beachfront home (approx. 2,750 SF) with an ocean view from every room, a private balcony on the second level, a private beach area on the first level, and unobstructed ocean views -- from Oceanside Pier to the north to LaJolla shores to the south. The main living area is on the second floor and has an open great-room design featuring a large gourmet kitchen with high-end professional appliances, a 11-foot center island, natural stone countertops and flooring throughout, and the living room features a gas fireplace and sit-down bar. A family room, conv. bedroom and library also on the second level provide a cozy retreat from the sun-drenches beaches.  Three bedrooms and laundry are located on the beach level with direct access out to your private beach and the ocean beyond.

09/17/09Positive This place is AMAZING! We had an amazing stay
where many memories were created. We had a lot
of people in the house and there is just a ton of
room. Everything is new and updated and you have
the maximum view of the beach with the whole wall
being glass! As a family, we have stayed at many
beach houses in the Oceanside area and this house
far exceeds the quality of any other. Bob and Linda
did a great job designing the house and decorating
it. Having three bedrooms with an ocean front was
very delightful. While staying in the house we had a
lot of questions and comments from neighbors
asking how much it cost and how beautiful it was.
People really notice this place, it is a gem a long
the beach. Plenty of meeting room and the house
just has an open feel that will add sociality to any
vacation! Truly one of the best beach house rentals
in California! Thank you again Linda and Bob for

08/03/09 Positive This was our 3rd family vacation to the area and was by far our best. We were in the home from 7/25/09 till 8/01/09. The home we rented from Bob & Linda was nothing short of spectacular. It very much exceeded the other two places we had rented in previous years. Our three grandchildren ( ages 2,7,8) really enjoyed the beach along with their parents. What made it really nice is that the children were always visible from the back patio of the home. The furnishings provided in the home were first class and were worthy of an expensive home let alone a rental property.
Thanks again Bob & Linda we really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in a fantastic home right on the beach. We would certainly return on our next visit to the area.  Jack & Pam, Paradise Valley, Az

06/23/09 Positive We had a full house, 12, and never felt crowded. We went hard all day long seeing all of San Diego and every evening the kids were on the beach until the sun went down. With young kids the location was perfect to go to Legoland and Wild Animal Park. 3/27/09Positive The design of this home and its location on the
beach provided us the perfect family vacation for
ringing in the New Year. Oceanside is probably a
little cold for those seeking a really warm spot in
December and January but the warmth of our hosts,
Linda and Bob more than offset any weather
impediment. Southern California is loaded with

03/23/09 Positive What a great home for a family vacation. Lots of room for the 6 of us in this new, very well appointed home. The weather was chilly when we were there in February but you could watch the fire place and the waves roll in from the same easy chair.

03/15/09 Positive We have stayed at a number of oceanfront places and your home is now at the top of our list. The location is the best! Having the private stone patio right outside our bedrooms and our own private beach area was great. The layout in the two level home worked out so well for our family - ocean views from every room and a sense of privacy and spaciousnes. We'll definitely be back.

experince for our daughter's Sweet 16. The house
is beautiful and was an awesome element for our
families time together. We had our teen children
with us and we all absolutey loved staying at the
house and enjoying the beach. We could'nt have
asked for a better opportunity for such a
momentous occassion in our daughters life.
Breakfast was our most favorite time of the day.
Nothing like spending the morning with a
maraculous view, surfers riding waves and dolphins

01/10/09 Positive Thank you, Linda and Bob, for making our family Christmas such a special week. We have rented other homes on the sand and this rental is the top of the scale. You provided everything we needed and more. The location is spectacular. All of the beds were so comfortable, all nine of us slept like babies with the sound of ocean lulling us to sleep. during the Thanksgiving holiday. It was the perfect
location. All 10 of us had a fabulous time. We
loved taking morning walks along the beach and
watching the surfers. The beds and living area were
exceptionally comfortable. The owners were so
accommodating and friendly. Nice modern
kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. It was
the perfect vacation. We would highly recommend

Positive This house is beautiful with a great view. Our
grandkids were able to play on the beach all day and
be just a few steps away. We were one of the first to
rent this house and some of the issues with a new
house were taken care of quickly by the owners.
